Oh Hey! I’m Sandra - I’m a Cozy Urbanite
I’m an aspiring architect, a coffeeholic, a plant mom to more plants than I can count, and I embrace the wholesome things in life.
I’m your new human form of Hygge. My hope is to bring you closer to your inner cozy urbanite whether it be through interior design ideas, food, architecture, or all the good, the bad, and the ugly sides to this crazy thing we call life.
But Who Am I really?
- I’m an architecture graduate madly in love with the idea that architecture is like food in the sense that it can bring people from all walks of life together.
- I am more blunt than I sometimes care to admit. My life is in a constant state of shambles and I’m not afraid to show it. Life isn’t perfect, so why pretend like it is. I’m here to keep things real with you.
- I am without a single doubt… addicted to coffee… Most, if not all, architects or architecture students can relate to this. I think I would die without it. I wish I was kidding. I’m not. Seriously.
- I am extremely proud of my Polish heritage. I’m the first generation to be born abroad (I’m Canadian, eh). Yes I make 200 home made pierogi for Christmas, and yes I judge grocery store bought pierogi. I forgive you in advance, and yes we can still be friends. Throughout our journey together, I’ll be sharing my heritage with you all in the best way I can and I hope you share yours with me, too!
- I currently live with my better half and my best friend (who I love 80% of the time and wanna kill the other 20%). You know who you are, and if you’re reading this please don’t bust into my room and throw a lemon at me. Thanks.
